
Cooking Classes
You can learn to think and cook like a chef under the tutelage of Salt chef and owner Robby Melvin. Cooking classes are offered in the home or in the Salt kitchen. Themed classes are offered every month and can be designed for the culinary knowledge preferred by the client.
Cooking classes are offered every Monday at 11am and 6pm. For classes held in the Salt kitchen there is a 4 person minimum and a 6 person maximum per class. In-home classes can be as large or as small as the client wishes. All classes start at $75 per person.

January: Classic Cooking Techniques
Monday, January 11th: Protein Cookery
Proper Roasting, Searing and Sautéing of your favorite meats, from Poultry to Fish.
Monday, January 18th: Vegetable Class
Learn facts about choosing and purchasing vegetables as well as practical and delicious cooking methods.
Monday, January 25th: Sauces
Prepare 3 classic sauce and apply them to the foods they most compliment
